The first time I saw Steel the Band, I was suffering from postpartum anxiety with my brand new baby. Rose sang a beautiful rendition of Bob Marley's tune "3 Little Birds". I found myself repeating "every little thing's gonna be alright" over and over, envisioning Rose singing it so soulfully, to get myself through some really hard times. It worked. I'm here and happy we're much, much better.
